Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 10 to 20 business days from dispatch.
Our products are sourced from international suppliers, which
means delivery takes longer than a UK warehouse. We are upfront
about this because we would rather set the right expectation
than disappoint you.

Shipping cost

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order
has been dispatched.

Delays
Occasionally customs or courier delays may extend delivery
beyond the estimate. If your order has not arrived within
30 business days, contact us and we will resolve it or
